While in college, EJ became the co-publisher of International recognized brand Collegiate Performance Magazine, which featured celebrities like NFL Quarterback Tim Tebow and BMX Gold Medalist Dave Mirra.

He also started a leadership training program that does workshops and keynotes for high school and college organizations. He has spoken at the Whitehouse, SXSW, and to over 100,000 students during his speaking career.
